NEW FROM trumpeter 1/35 Soviet BM-13NM rocket launcher 01075

The Katyusha multiple rocket launcher is a rocket launcher first manufactured and put into use by the Soviet Union during World War II. Multiple rockets can be fired intensively, which can cover the target area faster than traditional artillery, but the accuracy is not high, and the reloading time is relatively long. Compared with traditional artillery, they have relatively insufficient protection, but they are cheap and easy to produce.

Katyusha during the Second World War is usually loaded on a truck. Give Katyusha better maneuverability, can suddenly launch a large-scale fire attack, and then quickly move the position before the enemy’s anti-artillery firepower gathers.

The BM-13 NM used a post-war ZIL-157 chassis and was produced between 1958 and 1960.
