At the end of World War II, Germany designed a self-propelled assault gun using the E-100 heavy tank as a chassis and adopted a similar layout to the Ferdinand Tank Destroyer. Two of the guns were installed and 15cm / L46 or 17cm Pak46 was chosen. However, due to the war ended, the plan failed to put into practice
