NEW FROM trumpeter 1/35 Russian T-80UD main battle tank-early 09581
product description: |
The T-80UD is a modification of the T-80U main battle tank, replacing the high fuel consumption gas turbine with a diesel engine. Since the initial T-80 was put into production in 1976, it has been using gas turbines. T-80UD uses a more traditional diesel engine. Appeared in 1985, and entered the Soviet Army in 1987. Except for the difference in power unit, the design of T-80UD is basically similar to T-80U.
The development of this type of tank began in the mid-1970s. T-80UD has been in production in Ukraine since 1987. Approximately 500-800 tanks of this type were manufactured. It was originally planned to be the main battle tank model of the Soviet Army. However, with the disintegration of the Soviet Union, its production came to an abrupt halt in 1991. These tanks are now in service in Russia and Ukraine. Some Ukrainian T-80UD were exported to Pakistan in the late 1990s.
The armor protection of T-80UD includes composite armor and additional explosive reactive armor. The vehicle is equipped with a three-prevention system and an automatic fire extinguishing and explosion suppression system.

NEW FROM trumpeter 1/32 F-100C “Super Sabre” fighter 03221
F-100CThe first flight took place in March 1954. A total of 456 fighter-bombers were produced. F-100CThe model uses the design of the wing wet fuel tank. The bomb and the auxiliary fuel tank are included under the wing, which can carry6,000 poundsPlug-in. The aircraft produced later was equipped with an upgraded J57-P-21 turbojet engine.
F-100CThe model also has the ability to refuel in the air. The original aerial refueling pipe used a straight and long design, extending straight forward from the leading edge of the wing root. A fuel hose and a funnel-shaped cone sleeve are released from the back of the fuel dispenser. The pilot controls the aircraft to move forward, inserts the fuel probe into the cone sleeve, and maintains the connection during fuel receiving. In actual operation, it was found that the straight oil-receiving pipe probe was very difficult to operate, and it was later changed to an upwardly curved and raised oil-receiving pipe.
The US Air Force’s “Thunderbirds” aerobatic team used F from 1956 until 1964-100CPerform a show.

new from TRUMPETER 1/35 Russian S-300V 9A84 missile launch vehicle 09520
The equipment of each S-300V missile battalion includes command and control equipment, missile firepower equipment, and a certain amount of support, support, and maintenance equipment.
Each battalion has 1 command company and 4 launch companies.
The command company instructs and assigns targets to the four launch companies, and exercises command and control.
It is mainly equipped with a command vehicle and 2 search radars (1 ring search radar and 1 sector search radar).
The launch company is the basic combat unit of the S-300V missile brigade. It includes a guidance station (that is, a multi-channel guidance and tracking radar vehicle), 6 irradiation launch vehicles, 6 launch loading vehicles, and a certain number of missiles.
The launch company can use either a mixed firepower unit or a single firepower unit.
For example, each launch company is equipped with 4 9A83 launch vehicles and 2 9A82 launch vehicles, or 6 are all 9A83 launch vehicles.
Command company and its equipment
(9S457-1) is the command center of the missile battalion, also known as the command station, mounted on a tracked chassis.
The command vehicle controls 4 launch companies with a total of 24 launch vehicles.
It receives the early warning information provided by the superior command post and early warning satellites, as well as the information from the launch company’s guidance station and two search radars, automatically monitors the target’s flight track, determines the target type, and provides recommendations for the launch company’s target priority. The target is assigned to the guidance station of the corresponding launch company.
The command vehicle controls all combat activities, can detect 200 targets, can master 70 batches of targets, and can automatically select 24 batches of the most threatening targets and assign them to the guidance stations of the 4 launch companies.
Ring search radar
(9S15MT) is a three-coordinate phased array radar, which can search for aircraft and other targets, with an average transmitting power of 10 kilowatts, a beam width of 1.5°×1.5°, capable of detecting 200 targets and tracking 75 targets Target and send target data to the command vehicle.
Its coverage range is 360° in azimuth, 0°~+55° in elevation, and range of 250 kilometers. The antenna rotates once every 6 to 12 seconds.
Sector search radar
(9S19MT) is also a three-coordinate phased array radar, mainly used to search for anti-tactical ballistic missiles.
Fan-scan search can shorten the time to find and track tactical ballistic missiles to ensure stable monitoring of the flight track of incoming ballistic missiles.
It has a range of 250 kilometers, an average transmit power of 15 kilowatts, a beam width of 1.5°×1.5°, a maximum of 16 target tracks can be processed, a maximum of 6 interference sources can be identified, a search azimuth of 90°, and two high and low angles (0°~+50°, 0°~+76°), the fan sweep cycle is 1 week per second.

new from TRUMPETER 1/350 Russian “Tashkent” destroyer 1942 05357
“Tashkent” destroyer leader
January 11, 1935
Started construction in Italy,
November 28, 1937
Into the water,
October 22, 1939
The Soviet Union accepted into service.
The design of the “Tashkent” was unusually avant-garde at the time. It was one of the few large ships capable of speeds exceeding 40 knots during World War II. After the transformation in 1942, the firepower was even upgraded to the level of light cruisers.
During World War II, her main mission was to serve as a transport ship for personnel and materials.
Among
the
Soviet ships that
transported supplies
to
Sevastopol , the “Tashkent” was quite legendary. Even the Germans knew its name. It transported supplies to the besieged Soviet army dozens of times before being hit by the Luftwaffe. In more than 90 air strikes, the Germans dropped more than 400 bombs and
10
torpedoes .
After being withdrawn to the Novorossiysk naval base, the “Tashkent” was completely blown up on the berth in an air raid on July 2. It was salvaged in 1944 and demolished in 1945 because it had no repair value.
