American F4U-1D “Corsair” Fighter

product description:
Chance Vought’s F4U Corsair was one of the main US fighter jets during World War II and the Korean War. Because the demand for the aircraft exceeded the manufacturing capacity of the Water Company, Goodyear Company joined the “Corsair” production ranks. The Corsair produced by Goodyear was named the FG, and from the time the aircraft first entered the U.S. Navy in 1940 until the last one was delivered to France in 1953 , Vought produced 12,571 F4U Corsairs. Up to 16 different models are included. The longest production piston fighter in American history.
